Credit Card Comparisons... DUH!
Ok, maybe that was a little harsh but I recently had a friend sign up for a credit card offer she got in the mail without performing any credit card comparisons!
After getting her first statement she quickly realized that the card she had gotten was WAY off for her lifestyle and the card was going to eat her alive.. she called me in a panic asking "WHAT CAN I DO?"
I answered CREDIT CARD COMPARISONS.
I then explained that by performing some simple credit card comparisons online she could have made sure that the credit card she got was right for her.
She had no idea what a credit card comparison was so I explained that basically it meant she would go to a website and compare credit cards side by side and find the offer that fits her best and then apply for it.
She could compare best credit card rewards, zero percent credit cards, the cheapest credit cards, see credit card ratings, credit cards with rewards all without leaving her house!
She quickly canceled her card that she'd just gotten, sucked it up and paid off the balance and then went to this credit card comparisons website that I recommended.
